I finally was able to get my remote transmitter to work. I used it to lock the door, then it stopped working. I stupidly opened the door and that set off the alarm. I have disconnected the alarm. Not sure what to do to get the alarm reset, as my transmitter is not working. Please ...

I have just purchased a used 2005 Honda Pilot NAVI. The previous owner had an aftermaket DVD system installed. Since the sticker listed a 6 CD system and the current configuration only has a single indash CD I am assuming the DVD wiped the changer out. I want to look into further

| Water/rain leaks, 1999 CX hatchback | 30 Dec 2006 23:25 GMT | 3 |
This seems to be a recurring theme. Last winter, the back leaked. Sealing the taillights fixed the problem although we never figured out exactly where the leak was. Now, the driver’s side floor is filling up with a LOT of water, but

| Honda Civic gloat | 30 Dec 2006 14:29 GMT | 5 |
As some of you may have heard, Denver has been hit by two blizzards in a week. Denver and Lakewood never got around to plowing the local residential side-streets from the last blizzard before this one hit. As I drive my front-wheel-drive 2000 Civic DX past SUVs that are

I just ordered and received boots for my steering rack. However, I ordered two of the cheaper boot and was planning on re-using the old clamps. (maybe I just didn't notice that there were two listed or was just being cheap? I honestly can't remember.) Now as I was about install ...

I went ahead and rebuilt my prelude engine. the builder told me it be just like new. But it seems unchanged to me. I expected it to sound quieter but it sounds the same. It also burnt 2 quarts of oil in 800 miles. The installer (different then the builder) says that if it

| Bumper Removal '03 Accord | 29 Dec 2006 23:59 GMT | 1 |
Finally got my new bumper back from the body shop. Can anyone offer some experience or some links to removing and replacing the bumper skin? Looks easy enough, just follow the bolts/screws all the way around and reverse, but it's never 'that' easy.

I have a 1997 Civic MT with 120k. There is a deep banging noise I hear at least once a day generally when accelerating in 2nd or 3rd gear. The duration of the noise may be 5 seconds. I experience no loss of power or gear slippage or any other effects, just this noise. I have been to

| CV axle seals - to change or not? | 29 Dec 2006 13:54 GMT | 2 |
I'll be installing new axles on my 92 Accord 5spd next weekend. Should I plan on replacing the axle seals, or leave them be? I believe these are the OEM axles, so the seals are gettting on in years. OTOH, they are working fine and I'd rather not go trying to fix something ...
