Whenever I drive the car, it’s making a noise like two rusted metal rubbing together for about 2 seconds everytime the wheel spins. The symptom would be more noticeable during the morning drive or whenever I turned the steering wheel. The dealer indicates that it’s just glaze

I have a 1998 Honda Accord EX V-6 (~135K Miles). Sometimes when I shift the car into reverse, it makes a very loud noise (as in so loud, that passengers will sometimes gasp slightly). I've taken it into my mechanic, but since the noise is intermittent I can't reproduce it.

Left my lights on my '05 Element today and when I got out of work, of course, the battery was dead. The lights were not on that long. I was surprised the battery died that quickly. This happened one time before. We were tailgating for a couple of hours with the radio on and

My son tells me that he is experiencing clutch chatter (he did not know what it is until he described it to me) on his 03 Civic when cold on initial start off. The car has only 44k miles, which suggests he has not taken care of the clutch as perhaps he should have since I have gone ...

What I really have no clue on is timing. I understand that I can't just pull the old out, pop the new in and viola! Can anyone point me to instructions, whether they be in a shop manual or other resource? If any tools, ie timing gun would make my life easier, I am all for it!
