My Si has a DX motor!01 Feb 2007 12:45 GMT60
I think I posted about this when my timing belt was changed a couple of
years ago; the short version was that my usual mechanic told me after
he'd finished the work that he thought my 90 CRX Si had a 1.5L engine
instead of the usual 1.6, because the timing belt for a 1.6 didn't ...
Using thicker oil01 Feb 2007 12:37 GMT6
It's now time for an oil change on my '95 Civic. The owner's manual I
downloaded recommends 5W-30, but here in the Philippines all I can
find is 10W-40 and 10W-50. People look at me strange when I ask for

the valve cover gasket seal being worn and as a result it lets oil on
2005 CRV brake issues01 Feb 2007 01:26 GMT4
Has anyone else had issues with brakes and rotors?  I have now had my
brakes and rotors replaced or resurfaced 3 times in 30,000 miles.  The
first time was at 2,000 miles.  The dealer is trying to tell me that
it is my driving.  I am a 40 year old stay at home mom with no history

cutting out on me and than it just stalled and would not start again.
My brother looked at it and said it was not getting any fire to the
