CR-V Tires09 May 2007 21:04 GMT4
I have a 2002 CRV with 56,000 milers on it. It's time to put new tires
on it. 100% of my driving is on hard surfaces. Do any of you fellow CR-
V owners have any suggestions for which brand/model tire to buy? In
particular which might be the most quiet for highway driving?
brake pad replacement09 May 2007 15:32 GMT5
I have put 40,000 km on my 2005 Honda Odyssey and have had no problems
thus far except the A/C condenser got hit by a stone and needed
replacement.  Common design flaw (or should I say design intention) on
the Odyssey.  Repair bill over 800 bucks to replace this.  They stick
'88 4WD wagon -- "disengage"?09 May 2007 12:00 GMT9
I just purchased a 1988 4WD 5-door 6-speed wagon with 1.6L to use as a
utility/camping vehicle, and noticed on the operator's visor a caution to
"disengage" the "Real-Time" 4WD if one end of the vehicle is raised for any
service that requires rotating the wheels, yet I can find no ...
'90 Civic shoulder harnesses working?09 May 2007 11:59 GMT5
I have a 1990 Civic 4-door 5-speed with those annoying automatic shoulder
harnesses which don't seem to be providing the restraint that the lap belts
and rear-seat shoulder harnesses provide. If I tug on them quickly they
don't lock in position, unlike the others.

I am assuming this is the DRL module?
Anyone know where this is located in car?
Could it be something else, if so what?
thanks
Airbag warranty on Honda Pilots?08 May 2007 21:09 GMT4
Does anyone have information about the airbag warranties in older Honda
Pilot models like 2005 or older (don't have the specific model on hand)?
I am trying to find information since my mother's SUV airbag light came
on and it looks like it needs to be repaired. Honda's Web site ...

So, I need new caliper bushings for my 1996 Honda Accord. The mechanic

CR-V General question08 May 2007 16:22 GMT9
I'm looking to buy a used CR-V.  A 2001 model.
Are there any years of CR-V's that are worse for repairs than an
other year(s)?
And how about Civics or Accords?  Any year better than others
2001 Honda Accord LX 4 Cyl gives very poor gas milage. What could be the reason??08 May 2007 12:47 GMT5
I have a 2001 Honda Accord LX 4 cyl, automatic transmission  with
160,000 Km or 100,000 miles.
It hardly gives me 19 MPG in city and 27 MPG on highway. This is very

1995 Honda Accord boils over08 May 2007 03:37 GMT42
My daughter owns a 1995 Accord with about 125K on it and a new timing
belt and water pump. The car was running fine for several months after
purchase when it suddenly got hot and boiled over. She had the
thermostat replaced and that wasn't the issue. Here's what I know: It
Signs that side and front engine mounts are bad?08 May 2007 00:20 GMT4
I know my rear engine mount is bad from the way the engine vibrates
when I am in reverse.
As I replace the rear mount how do I know if the other mounts are also
in need of change?
