my prelude gets hard to steer somtimes any one got an idea?

I've been having problems with my speedometer.I change the VSS twice with no
luck(same bouncy needle).
I'm about to change cluster.I want to know if it is possible to keep the
same odometer(mine has way less milleage),if so how hard is it to swap them?

Looking to buy a (new) Accord in the next few weeks.  Wondering where the
"bang for the buck" curve peaks out on the Accord models?  Don't want the
lowest base model, but probably not the ultimate highest one, either.
Where's the good middle ground, maybe leaning a little towards ...

I have a 2000 Accord 6 cylinder Automatic and the SRS light is on;. The car has about 90 ,000 miles.
Has there been any recalls on this, or is this covered under warrantee ?
