| Torsion Bar Repair - '86 Civic Si | 11 Jun 2007 09:08 GMT | 1 |
I'm selling my one-owner 1986 Civic Si, and a guy who looked at it today told me that it has the usual rot in the torsion bar mount. He told me that the whole area is rotted, but I took a photo and it seems he was trying to mislead me: there is a rusty section of floorpan

So I took my new 2007 Crv to my sister's. Just over 40 miles on it :) Went inside to visit. Looked outside and her large nearly 300lb friend was sitting my driver's seat! I didn't think to lock my doors. And why people seem to think they can treat someone's new car like it is on

| Integra brake switch replacement -- is there some sort of trick to this? | 11 Jun 2007 03:37 GMT | 1 |
My 95 Integra automatic yesterday started to have a problem with one not being able to get the transmission out of park, even with the brake pedal pressed. When I looked at it closely, I also found the brake lights out. The horn still works (same breaker).

My 1991 Accord with 150K miles seems to have an intermittent fuel pump. I can lay under the car and listen for the fuel pump to energize. It may work 2 or 3 times consecutively when turning the key, other times it may take 20 or more tries before you hear it energize, after the ...

A couple of days ago my engine just stopped while on cruise at highway speed. The engine had been running quite happily for about an hour. The only light on the dashboard that lighted was the green immobilizer light which is the reason I look in that direction. I turned off the

Any advice on removing/reinstalling springs when doing a drum brake job? The last time I messed with this, I ended up with the hydraulic pistons coming out, and having to bleed and put a heap of fluid in.

| 2005 Civic SI PCV valve | 09 Jun 2007 11:39 GMT | 23 |
I just bought a 2005 civic SI (V-tech) that had the orginal engine changed out due to hydroloc. While putting on a new AEM air filter assembly, I noticed a small rubber line from the orginal air tube going over to the top of a screwed in fitting on the water ? housing.
