| Trying to demonstrate impact on 90 Accord | 03 Jul 2007 16:50 GMT | 13 |
This is starting to feel like a CarTalk puzzle, but here goes: I got rear-ended recently by a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica that pretty much bashed in the rear panel of my 90 Accord beyond reasonable repair. The trunk lid seems to have popped out of the way -- though it is bent and

| bad mold smell from 1997 Honda Accord AC | 03 Jul 2007 16:03 GMT | 2 |
I have over 200K on my 97 Accord. I recently had one of the valves replaced on the AC unit where they removed the evaporator. They found a ton of mold in the evaporator case and cleaned it out with bleach. I always did often have a mold smell come out of the AC when it started

| NO AC | 03 Jul 2007 13:53 GMT | 3 |
I have 91 Honda CRX. Tried converting the R-12 to R-134a ac system. I got some freon into the system, however it is not cooling down significantly. I have the same problem for an 88 cadillac deville, 4.5L. . I did the following for both cars. While car was running

| Another cross posted brain picking question about sway bar bushings... | 03 Jul 2007 11:13 GMT | 6 |
OK. So I replaced the sway bar bushings in the front last week. I liked the increase handling so much (that, plus the @$$ end felt 'saggy'.)that I replaced the rears yesterday. http://www.energysuspension.com/pages/endl.html

| Fun Factor...Civic coupe Ex or FIT Sport?? | 03 Jul 2007 06:04 GMT | 10 |
If anyone wanted to get a bargain priced car which was reasonably safe and versatile, yet FUN, and it had to be a Honda, would you choose the FIT Sport or the Civic coupe Ex? I am thinking the 5 speed manual for either. I know the civic has a sunroof on the Ex as opposed to the ...

| My Tuning Diary | 03 Jul 2007 04:35 GMT | 5 |
I just wanted to share a little bit of my story of tuning these wonderful vehicles. Back in 2003, after graduating high school, I was able to secure a nice paying summer job at a local amusement park. I worked long hours in the 90 degree heat. The only thing that kept me

| Check engine light one - Honda Accord '95 | 02 Jul 2007 23:48 GMT | 1 |
This has happened once in the past. It turned out to be the spark plugs. I do see some low transmission fluid when I checked it last. What I want to know is which transmission fluid I need to add, and how

| How to quiet sunroof seals | 02 Jul 2007 19:10 GMT | 5 |
I've got an 01 Accord and the rubber seal around the sunroof makes a crunching/squeaking kind of sound over bumps when it's closed. I tried wiping it clean with a damp rag but that just made it worse -- the dirt must have been easing the friction between the paint and the ...

| problems! | 02 Jul 2007 16:26 GMT | 1 |
Ok let me start. Well, first of all I know about all of the problems with changing the stock radio out of a Honda Accord, but when my boyfriend and I tried to put my CD player in yet again in hope that it would work, it didn't so we put the stock radio back in. No problems,

| Fuel fill door cable kaput | 02 Jul 2007 03:04 GMT | 1 |
Haven't seen this addressed. 2003 Accord, 4 door. Was at the gas station and pushed the floor lever that opens the gas fill door. Door wouldn't open. Pulling lever to open trunk feels/works normal. Pushing lever feels loose

| Difference between Traction Control and Limited Slip Differential?? | 02 Jul 2007 03:00 GMT | 2 |
I am noticing that the Honda Accord V6 and CRV uses a term about having Traction Control, and the Civic Si says it has Heliptical Limited Slip Differential. What is the difference? I had a 1990 Mazda Miata and it had basic Limited Slip because I had the Tier II model.

| Suggestions on Radiator for 95 Integra | 02 Jul 2007 02:06 GMT | 2 |
My radiator which I replaced in April 2004 from performance radiator has started forming a small leak at the bottom of the unit. I just missed the 3 year warranty so I need to find a replacement. I'm planning on selling the Integra when the redesigned 08 Accord comes

I have a 98 Civic EX and it has begun to lunge at low speeds. It is an automatic and seems like the jerkiness is at gear changing. there is no idle problem and it runs fine on the highway. Any ideas?
