"Bolt through condensor" on 2000 Accord?18 Jul 2007 03:44 GMT4
I'm looking at a 2000 Accord that has no cooling in the A/C.  The
owner says their mechanic told them something about a "bolt went
through the condensor," causing the refrigerant to leak out, something
that would cost about $300 to fix.  I've never had a good look in the
Air Conditioning Failure '02 Civic17 Jul 2007 23:06 GMT2
Hey Group,
My 2002 Honda, which has generally treated me very well, lost air
conditioning at the end of last season.  We figured we should wait
until the start of this season to get it fixed.  Turns out, the
Squeeky Creeky Steering/Turning from 92 Accord17 Jul 2007 18:28 GMT9
I have an annoying creeking/squeeking noise coming from my suspension
area in the front.
It only happens when I turn the wheels... any idea on what this is?
I heard it could be bushings, or I need a new strut.  I dont think its
"No Drain Bolt" on Gas Tank?17 Jul 2007 16:07 GMT5
I just changed a gas tank on our older 1993 Honda Civic.  I decided to
get a "jobber" tank since the dealer wanted 4 times the price for the
gas tank.  However, the jobber tank does not have a "Drain Bolt" at
the bottom of the tank.
PCV and Oil17 Jul 2007 15:29 GMT11
I have a 1997 Honda Civic LX and the engine seems to burn way too much
oil.  I suspect that one of the "rings" may be shot.  However, someone
told me that the "PCV" value can also cause oil to be "burned".
Can anyone confirm this?
It's HOT and the A/C's out!!17 Jul 2007 14:09 GMT4
I have a 1994 Honda Accord LX that seems to have a freon leak. At
about this time last year the A/C started making a funny noise and
pretty soon it was blowing hot air alternating with cold air for 30
second intervals. We had the A/C checked out. The mechanic said it

90K tune up17 Jul 2007 05:50 GMT5
I have 2001 Honda Civic with about 88K. I was looking at maintainence
manual and it recommends lot of things to be done at 90K.
(Transmission Fluid, Spark Plug replacement etc etc)
My question is what would be approximate cost of this whole thing?

Wheel shutter, Could it be bushings? CV Joint? Need help!17 Jul 2007 04:03 GMT6
I have this problem with wheel shutter in my 92 accord.  I just
recently replaced the left outer TIE ROD, but this didnt seem to solve
anything.  I still get alot of shake especially at highway speeds, but
its funny because it comes and goes; sometimes my steering wheel will
