| 96 accord air conditioning problem | 26 Aug 2007 04:37 GMT | 1 |
My wife's 96 accord v6 will cool just fine as long as engine is above 1500 rpms or so, but when car goes to idle the car stops cooling as compressor kicks out. I have one of those cheap low side pressure gauges that shows the refirgerant is in the correct range during

| Newly Installed Timing Belt Noise | 26 Aug 2007 02:24 GMT | 7 |
I have a 1992 Accord Wagon, 2.2L engine, 189,000 miles, this is the second time I have changed the timing belt. I had my local mechanic change the timing belt and he also changed the water pump, crank and cam seals, fan belts, and valve cover gasket.

| MIL = P0420 | 26 Aug 2007 00:39 GMT | 5 |
Honda Civic 1997 CX Hatchback 181,000km I got the same code a few years ago. Seems the oxygen sensor that sits 'on top' was no longer functional. I paid for a genuine Honda replacement.

| Low RPM "miss" and ignition coil life span? 97 Honda Civic CX | 26 Aug 2007 00:34 GMT | 6 |
Hi, I have a 97 CX with 185K miles. When the engine is under load and at low rpm, like starting up a hill with AC on and maybe having to upshift, the engine "misses" for a split second. It seems like the fuel or spark is cut for an instant. If I downshift and rev up, the

| Freon Gas Ppe. Which one to put it in? | 25 Aug 2007 23:13 GMT | 3 |
I am not sure which pipe to put the Freon in on an 05 Accord. Is it the fat one or the skinny one? The fat one appears to be connected to the alternator and the skinny one to the radiator.

| 2005 Accord | 25 Aug 2007 20:05 GMT | 2 |
It seems when the warranty goes, so do a lot of things on the car. I just got an oil change from a Honda dealer. First, they did not top off all fluids! Second, they charged me $31 when I had a $27 coupon. Third, my air conditioner seems to either not be cold or it is stuck ...

| I'm canadian, thinking of buying my Honda in the US? | 25 Aug 2007 17:36 GMT | 8 |
Looking at Ridgelines up here in Winnipeg. EX-L no Navi goes for about $42000. State-side, the same vehicle goes for $32000ish US. Translates to about $34500 in canadian funds. Only difference? If I buy in the US and import it, I get no warranty

| Timing Belt Cost Estimate | 25 Aug 2007 03:26 GMT | 9 |
Would like to find out what to expect--cost wise-for a timing belt and water pump replacement. Got a 2000 EX V6 Accord. Only 60,000 mi but at the 7 year time frame. Which leads to my next question---Are both the mileage and the 7 year criteria equally as important? Can one cheat ...

I have a sloppy shifter in my 98 civic, well I just bought it last week, figured it could just be the bushings in the shifter that have worn out, no big deal. Anyhow, it goes into gear fine but I almost have to find the gears

| Honda CR-V EX-L | 23 Aug 2007 17:25 GMT | 6 |
My wifes 92 Accord EX was totaled Thursday in a multi-car rear-end pile-up (she's OK). We've been discussing buying a CR-V for some time, and now it looks like it will be sooner than later. We found a 2007 Red w/ Grey Leather , 4 (four) miles, EX-L for $25.4K at a local dealer ...

| 105k maintenance cost/replacement parts | 23 Aug 2007 15:50 GMT | 7 |
We were quoted $1,500 for the 105k maintenance on our 2000 Honda Accord, in a large metropolitan area in the East Coast... Not a dealership, but a reputable mechanic, one that my friends have used in the past. I'm just balking at the price, though I know the 105k is a
