Revisit 90 Accord EX O2 sensor23 Aug 2007 14:04 GMT15
I still have a Code 41 on my F22A4.
Since heater resistance is spec 10-20 ohms, the NGK that came out read
19 ohms, and my current Bosch read 5 ohms, I spliced a 14 ohm 1W
resistor into the Bosch.  The heater circuit read 19 ohms after the

Well after posting these 2 messages I decided to carry out another

sign of anything, I left it for a further 10 minutes and BINGO water
started jetting out of what appeared to be a tiny hole which was on
I have a Honda Accord from 1991. Sometimes, it has problems starting. What do you think is the problem?22 Aug 2007 13:39 GMT3
My car is due for its 6 month servicing. I called our local Honda
dealership. They said it is most likely the fuel pump relay that
transmits fuel and information to the starter. They said it was a
common problem among Honda Accords from the early 90s.

Pedrantry22 Aug 2007 02:00 GMT4
Jim Beam said he snipped the pedantry from a recent post of mine.
Being a pedant, I decided to see if he was using the term correctly.
So I looked it up. Here is a portion of the Wikipedia entry
"Being referred to as a pedant, or pedantic, is generally considered

Honda 2000 Accord AC cools intermittently only21 Aug 2007 06:49 GMT3
I got my AC recharged yday for 100 bucks, still it has the same old
problem. The air conditioner starts cooling and all of a sudden starts
blowing warm outside air. I tried it in various conditions and at no
point could the cooling go beyond 2-3 minutes. What could be wrong or
Value of Lifetime Wty21 Aug 2007 06:19 GMT6
A few (but not all) of the local Honda dealers are currently offfering
an optional lifetime wty on new cars, for about $1200.  It covers the
drive train only, and there is a $100 deductible for each repair. It
is not transferable to another owner if you sell the car, and it is
Rolling vehicle noise after changing rims and tires. (98 Accord 4dr LX Standard)21 Aug 2007 03:21 GMT5
I just changed my winter wheels to Excel 18' Model S7 Rims and Federal
Super Steel 59 S Tires 225/40/18 and I noticed loud rolling vehicle
noise. I am wondering if it's a bearing noise or just tires are loud.
Anybody have any experience with that? When driving on winter tires I

Wrong VIN on the car ?20 Aug 2007 05:08 GMT9
My 1999 Accord has the VIN 1HGCG1650WA5001
It is an American made Honda but bought in Uruguay (South America).
In any American Honda page that asks for the VIN number I get as
answer that it is a non valid VIN. At the Honda Transmission
