Does anyone know if Honda America has an Internatioinal Customer Service that takes care of American Cars outside the US ? I am faxing to the Customer Service at Torrance since a month without getting an answer from them.

hey there, I have a 97 Civic DX at 141K miles. It just started making this hissing/screeching noise when I reach a certain speed. It stops when I slow down. (It is not the a/c as I turn it off and it still occurs)

Really shoots up quick when A/C is on and car not moving. Both fans do operate. If I swtich to heat...the temp gauge will start to drop slowly (car not moving). Thermostat ? Car has 79,000 miles.
