problem is the plastic door handles have broken. off. I live in Florida

found them for half price at www.bigdaddyautoparts.com
SM4 has cheapo resistors used to cut voltage to injectors08 Sep 2007 16:17 GMT6
Mine have resistance of 5.6 ohm, injectors - 2.1 ohm, ratio is
8 : 3, when max 12.9v flows through both, # of watts wasted as
heat is 12.9² ÷ ( 5.6 + 2.1 ) x 8 ÷11 = 15.71w.

2000 Accord EX 4cyl SRS light on steady, but no DTC08 Sep 2007 15:30 GMT27
First time here I think...
I guess the subject line pretty much tells it all. I checked FAQ's and
Googled it, nada.
Any ideas? It's the lack of a DTC that puzzles me the most.

Improves Engine Performance08 Sep 2007 04:10 GMT4
Your local gas station probably offers you 3 levels of gasoline, like
gold, silver and bronze. These typically have different levels of
octane in them and you will generally get a little better mileage for
the more expensive type.

Teggers FAQ, but wasn't able to find any details for this specific issue.
Thanks for your time.
My wife has a '99 Honda Accord sedan, 4-cylinder 5 speed with 115K miles.
Old problem fixed, new problem took its place07 Sep 2007 18:55 GMT4
Through reading the posts in this group, I was able to determine that
I had a problem with my CV joint, and had to replace both axles on my
92 Accord. A certified Honda mechanic verified that both axles should
be replaces, and that this was better than just replacing the joints.

Shock absorber replacement on 1991 Accord?07 Sep 2007 14:53 GMT16
Good morning.
How is shock replacement as a do-it-yourself project on a 1991 Accord? I
assume I will need a spring compressor. Any other special tools? Is this a
reasonable project to tackle myself, or is it likely to be a world of hurt?

"In the latest crash figures available from 2003, provided by the Insurance

fatalities for the next larger class of cars. For large sedans, that ...

I have a 98 Accord, and the clock light is not lighting up on the instrument
panel.  All other instrument panel lights are working.  Is there a special
fuse for this one light?  Or is there an easy way to replace the "bulb" if
there is one?
CRV Check Engine Light On!07 Sep 2007 05:27 GMT4
I have a '99 CRV 4cyl. AWD automatic.  I changed the oil pan gasket
and had to remove a couple of bolts from the exhaust to manifold
(front of the engine).  I let the forward portion of the exhaust hang
on the spring-bolts/clamp on the front of the catalytic converter so
