1994 Honda Accord LX Cold Weather Starting Problem
Seems to only occur in very cold weather, -20 C and after the car has
been sitting outside for 10 hours or more.
When the key is in the ignition and turned to the On position (II) the
Camshaft, how hard to turn?20 Nov 2007 23:54 GMT4
I have a 1989 Honda Accord SEI. It leaks oil and I have been letting my son
drive it. I have lectured him about checking it frequently but wonder if he
let it get too low. The engine quit on him as he was getting off of the
freeway. I towed him home and saw that I had no spark to ...
Honda timing belt tension20 Nov 2007 21:02 GMT5
I just replaced the timing belt on my 2000 Honda Accord and it sort of
runs OK. I am not sure I did it 100% right. There is grinding noise
from the timing belt teeth now and then when the engine runs slowly. I
drove the  car to work today on the highway and it runs fine when the
2008 Accord Sedan vs Coupe residual?20 Nov 2007 18:58 GMT14
I was told by a Honda dealer that the residual value on a 2008 Accord Coupe
is 65% after 3 years as opposed to 53% for the Sedan of the same model, the
EX-L I4 therefor making the lease much higher on the coupe vs the sedan. Is
this true?? I was considering the sedan more so ...
hybrid mileage20 Nov 2007 15:50 GMT21
I have a '04 Civic hybrid that I have been disappointed with the
mileage thereof (33-34). Would you that have late model Civic
hybrids comment on your mileage experienced - would appreciat
it.
Generate your own hydrogen20 Nov 2007 14:57 GMT5
Honda has begun using an appliance-like device that may help solve the
problem of hydrogen supply for fuel cell vehicles.
Known as the Home Energy Station IV, the automaker has the unit
installed at its Honda R&D Americas, Inc. facility in Torrance,
key stuck in ignition20 Nov 2007 04:21 GMT2
I know there is a lot on here about this but I have read everything
and still can't get my key out.  It happens often but I can usually
restart my car and move the gears around and it will come out.  Not
anymore though.  When I turn it so my shift lights light up the D is
The New Accords20 Nov 2007 00:12 GMT21
Any impressions on the new Accords?  I'm interested in a EX-L V6 Coupe in
"Polished Metalized Metal Metallic" (what a name!).  My wife and I saw one
with black leather and thought it was stunning.  I was even more stunned by
the MSRP!  TIA.
1997 Honda Civic EX Timing Belt Question19 Nov 2007 18:32 GMT2
As some of you may know, I finally had my late wife's 1997 Civic EX
Coupe titled over to me after it sat for about 10 months.  My question
is, besides the oil and gas which have already been changed out, should
I replace the timing belt?
Why you should remove the negative battery terminal before doing ANYTHING!!!!19 Nov 2007 16:05 GMT58
I was lokking thorugh the Subaru manual to find out where the thermostat
was. I'm used to it being on TOP of the engine.
While it ididn't show the location, it did say, "Remove negative battery
terminal, and remove thermostat housing..."

CRV keyless entry kit?19 Nov 2007 02:55 GMT7
I'm trying to find "the perfect gift" for my dad for Christmas.  He owns an
'03 or '04 CRV but it didn't come with keyless entry.  I'm thinking about
buying him a keyless entry kit and either installing it myself or having it
installed. When you put the key in the door handle and ...
final step in replacing front bushings18 Nov 2007 22:37 GMT3
Tegger's description and pictures are awesome and very enlightening. I
think he tells you almost every thing you need to know with one
omission.
The final step before tightening the bolts on any replaced bushings is
Center console light18 Nov 2007 05:59 GMT3
I have a 97 honda crv and I drove it this evening to discover that the
center console light, where the temp, blower, and fan control knobs
are, is burned out.  It is the one on the right hand side of the
console.  How do I go about replacing this bulb, and where do I get
Transferring Tires17 Nov 2007 15:43 GMT2
Hi.  After upgrading my sons tires to a larger set, I wanted to transfer his
fairly new, original Civic SE Bridgestone Re tires to my Accord rims as his
rims do not fit my car but the tires on both cars are the same size.  Is this
feasable or not recommended?  TIA.
