Crankshaft bolt, right or left thread?06 Feb 2008 21:48 GMT2
1997 DOHC 2.2l in a prelude. I can't get the bolt loose and I don't
want to break anything. I have the hex socket pulley holder and a long
breaker bar and a pipe but no joy with I think is plenty of force.
Is this possibly left hand thread?

I have a 2001 Honda Prelude with 45,000 miles on it.  It was purchased
in November of '05 with 35,000 miles on it. It was not used for daily
commuting; mostly, it was used once a month or so for long trips and
has been used that way until just this past month.  My mechanic has

No Audio After Cleaning Battery Terminals06 Feb 2008 20:20 GMT2
After cleaning the battery terminals in my 2001 Accord the cd player LED
says "code". I pressed the designated numbers for the cd changer and the
LED reads ERR1. I new that I would probably lose the radio presets after
having the power removed but not this. Can anyone tell me the  ...

An atheist professor of philosophy speaks to his class on the problem
science has with God, The Almighty.
He asks one of his new Muslim students to stand and.....

Premium test in 2008 Accord04 Feb 2008 15:41 GMT11
A while back a posted a question about "what if" for using premium in the
2008 Accord EX-L 4cyl. Well I tried it. I put in a couple of tank fulls of
Shell V-Power 93 Octane Premium. Aside from costing 0.25 more per gallon
there wasn't any difference in the performance. I did ...
TPMS Mystery Solved!03 Feb 2008 22:26 GMT14
Okay, I know it wasnt really a mystery, but I took my 2008 Accord to the
dealer today and found out that apparently it is a common and known issue
for the TPMS light to come on during cold weather on the Accords.
Theres nothing wrong with it, its just more sensitive than maybe ...
2008 Accord Gas Milage03 Feb 2008 22:23 GMT8
Anyone know what the gas milage estimates would be using 2007's formula
instead of the new mpg one for 2008?
Anyone point me to a link so I can figure it out myself if no one knows?
Thanks,

94 Civic LX - Several Oil Leaks!03 Feb 2008 18:58 GMT3
I have a '94 Civic LX sedan with approx 200K on it.  I say
approximately because the speedometer only works about half the time,
which results in the odometer working only half the time as well.
Right now it's reading close to 196K, but I think it's closer to
Every Gear Acts Like Neutral02 Feb 2008 22:21 GMT47
My wife recently purchased an automatic 2001 Honda Civic.  We took it
to a supposedly very reputable mechanic to check it out during the 30
day trial period.  They found nothing wrong.  Now  it has just stopped
working.  Whatever gear we put it into, it acts like it is neutral.

1994 -  4 cylinder Honda Accord - 310K
My wife uses this car for short open road trips (6 miles) to and from work
