| fill a tank with a $20 and change back | 13 Nov 2008 04:54 GMT | 12 |
Bittersweet to see this happening again, after some early summer weeks when two $20s wouldnt get you a tank. (2004 Civic, 324 miles) Its bittersweet, because I suspect some drivers will return

| New brakes on a 08 Accord with 27K miles??? | 13 Nov 2008 00:29 GMT | 14 |
I am fuming! I just picked up my 2008 Honda Accord from the dealership and they stuck me with a $476.00 brake job bill.......... The reason I took it in is because I was getting a "screeching" noise while I was driving down the road - not braking, but driving, not all the time,

My 1998 Honda Civic EX Sedan has 208,000 miles on it. During a recent visit to "Discount Tire" to have my tires rotated, I wa told that the lugs nuts that I had were "taped seat nuts". They told m that the appropriate type for Hondas and Acuras are "ball seat nuts".

| 97 Accord with 260K "uses" oil on long highway drives | 12 Nov 2008 15:58 GMT | 8 |
I have noticed that my Accord has been using oil on long freeway drives (400 miles +) I seem to be low 1/2-1quart after a long freeway drive. I may also be losing oil on normal driving (but its probably less).

| 2008 Accord performance differences? | 10 Nov 2008 01:32 GMT | 3 |
I was reading somewhere, which I cannot remember off hand that the 2008 Accord V6 coupe with the 6 spd MT will do 0-60 in 5.5 seconds. I was more so considering the Accord V6 automatic 5 spd for the next car, than the manual. So I was wondering what the 0-60 difference would be? ...

| Mystery sputter and high rpm while idle | 09 Nov 2008 18:48 GMT | 3 |
Is it possible my problems with my 98 Honda accord automatic EX are related to an improperly or incorrect o2 sensor installation? If that's the case, shouldn't the engine light come on? My car jerks after idle or stopping and going.

| 1989 accord auto trans kickdown | 09 Nov 2008 17:42 GMT | 34 |
A friend of mine has a 1989 Accord that I've done a little work on lately. My familiarity is with 80s Volvos mostly but I'm finding my way around this thing. Anyway, it has a carbureted 4 cylinder engine coupled to an automatic transmission. The problem I'm seeing is that the

| Tire Comparison website? | 09 Nov 2008 09:38 GMT | 3 |
A couple of years back I came across a great website for comparing tires.....with all the specs, etc...including figures for noise, etc. (I thought it was 1010tires.com but that doesn't appear to be it.) Anyone know the best site that has all the specs for all tires?

| 2005 Pilot door locks | 09 Nov 2008 00:27 GMT | 4 |
Locking and unlocking our 05 Pilot's doors with the wireless key has changed. What used to require two pushes of the button to unlock and lock all doors, now requires three. The first push does nothing. Why the sudden change in the way it works..? The owner's manual says nothing

| 94 Accord - fuel level sending unit | 07 Nov 2008 17:52 GMT | 18 |
It appears I have a dead spot at about 1/8 full. When it gets to that level, the gauge suddenly goes to well below empty. But a while later it comes back up to the right reading. Always happens at the same spot, so I would assume there's a bad spot in the

| Honda Gets A New Life | 07 Nov 2008 17:35 GMT | 1 |
The Honda Life, one of the oldest minicars, dating back to the 1970s, is getting an upgrade. As a Kei car, the Life is limited to a 660 cc inline three-cylinder normally aspirated or turbocharged engine mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. Both AWD and FWD versions ...
