How do they collect such info, anyway? A car might be serviced by
different shops and even by the owner which may not submit a record of

Is it right that the upper nut in the handle was held in place by the
plastic molding of the handle? So there is less chance of it rotating
out of place than the lower nut?

We all know that cold weather cuts into fuel economy, but is there
something that can be added/modified to trick the computer into
thinking that the ambient (outside, environmental) temperature is
actually above 70 degerees F ?

The heater valve in the hose does not close all the way once heater is used.
it will close the rest of way if I move lever with my finger, & very little
pressure is needed.  Does the valve have an internal spring that is supposed
to close it?
