Does anyone know where I can get a code reader for my 93 Hyndai Excel? The auto parts stores I have tried don't have one for Excels as "old" as mine.. sheesh. Also I had a hard time finding spark plug wires that actually fit the car. The coil wires were all too short in the

I have been eyeing a 2002 Hyundai Elantraa at the dealership and wanted the scoop on the warranty. Is the warranty transferable for a used car to the 2nd owner? Also I have seen the elantra rated very high, would you pick the elantra over a 2002 Chevrolet Prism/Toyota

I have an Atoz that on acceleration between 30 and 40 mph is making a noise . The noise sounds like a diesely , rumbling, blowing type of noise. It is under warranty and has been back to the dealer several times. The dealer says there is nothing wrong but I have never heard this ...

| Wood grain in Sonata | 16 Mar 2004 15:49 GMT | 2 |
Has anyone in here installed their own wood grain finish in their Sonata? If so did it void your warrantee. Where did you purchase it? I was told by my dealer that THEY have to order it and INSTALL it so my warrantee does not void. Does this hold any truth.

| What happened to Robin? | 16 Mar 2004 07:26 GMT | 4 |
Except for your stereo and seat belt issue, very little word since you made your purchase. Are you happy or have you driven the XG350 over a cliff? Sold it? FYI, Consumer Reports just listed the XG350, Sonata and Santa Fe as

| Brake pads on a 2002 Elantra with ABS | 16 Mar 2004 02:40 GMT | 5 |
I had asked the dealer service dept the "type" of brake pads they use and was told in the discussion definitely not ceramic. So being they wanted more than 2X the going rate for a brake job around here, I went and got them done a local reputable shop. In the process, before I got

| Sonata Odometer | 15 Mar 2004 11:50 GMT | 4 |
Hi everyone, I am buying a used 2001 Sonata. It has done 15,000 kilometres according to the clock (I am in Australia) but I am a bit suspicious. How easy would it be to fiddle the odometer so it shows 15,000 kilometres rather than say...115,000 kilometres?

| Sonata LX emblem | 15 Mar 2004 02:57 GMT | 2 |
I'm pretty sure that a while back someone (Jason?) mentioned that they had a Sonata LX that came through without the "LX" emblem on the deck lid. (My 2003 LX doesn't have it) I've seen them both with and without the emblem. Anyone know the story?
