Sonata GLS Problem26 Aug 2004 19:06 GMT9
My 2000 Sonata GLS V6 (36,000 miles) showed a problem when I started
it today.  At idle the engine sounds as if it is misfiring or it is
running very rich.  The engine idles with a vibration.  The Check
Engine Light is on.  This is a week end so I have not yet taken it to

The rear brakes on my 2001 XG-300 went at *28,500* miles, not just the
pads but also the rotors -- a $350 surprise. There was no warning of
the wearing, just a slight rubbing noise I heard less than 40 miles
before I brought the car in for inspection. I have always gotten

Does anybody here know how to remove the rear seat in a 2001 Elantra

can't find them, even feeling about thoroughly under the ...

Why are Sonata parts so expensive?24 Aug 2004 01:54 GMT1
Had a minor accident in my '04 Sonata, so thought I would price a few
parts. Over $400 for a truck lid and $198 for a tail light??? This
isn't a BMW! I ended up going to a body shop, and got an estimate for
over $2000 for a minor accident (I guess it's not so minor if you have
2001 Elantra GLS - P1529 & P045523 Aug 2004 19:28 GMT12
I know that P0455 is a vapor leak, most commonly caused by a loose gas
cap. This usually causes the light to come on and if you tighten the cap

your own within 60 ignition cycles (correct me if I'm wrong, ...

03 Sonata V6 GL Question23 Aug 2004 14:32 GMT3
Hello group! For the past 2 days I been smelling antifreeze in the cabin of
