I'm wondering if anyone has ideas on this.  It seems to be sporadic.  It
only happens once a month or so.  The starter turns but there is no spark.
I heard they had issues like this with the ECU, but I don't know how to
test for that.

such that when you jiggle the turn signal/lights stalk the parking
lights and the control panel backlights dim and flicker. I've checked
the wires going to the parking lights and they seem solidly connected
