I've always had bad experiences (work not really done, unneeded work recommended, etc) with both Jiffy Lube and Oilchangers. Are there any other quick lube chains that have a good reputation? Thanks.

As I mentioned in another post, I'm looking to tap into the driver's door switch on our 2000 Sonata GLS to install a headlight warning buzzer. I looked at the courtesy light schematic available on the Hyundai Webtech service and if I'm reading it correctly, it looks like

A couple days ago, both of my rear brake lights went out. Is there a fuse that handles that? The 3rd rear brakelight worked(by the back window). After messing with the fuses I got nothing. I did mess w/ a fuse under the hood. It was titled "tails". Anyways now all 3 lights are ...

| XG350 owners-you'll get a kick out of this | 11 Oct 2004 09:01 GMT | 7 |
Yesterday, I drove to a health food store with my 87 year old mother, who has some dementia. Even though I tell her that I'm going into the store and I'll be right back, she sometimes forgets and panics, not knowing where I am. Consequently, I try not to leave her in the car ...

| Brake Set 2001 Elantra | 11 Oct 2004 04:55 GMT | 15 |
I gave my elantra for 45K service. I was told to replace the brake pads as they were bad. My question: Can I do this in MIDAS or TUFFY and save some money? Will Hyundai Warranty still be covered?

| 04 Sonata trans, again | 10 Oct 2004 14:49 GMT | 16 |
Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. My 04 V6 GLS Sonata likes to downshift from 3rd gear right into 1st, completely bypassing 2nd. No a big problem if I am coming to a complete stop, but if I slow down to 1 or 2 MPH then accelerate, I'm in 3rd. Really sucks
