Would there be a fuse causing this?  Can't seem to find the fuse.
The light for the dash (speedometer, tach) won't come on, also my fog lights
won't come on.
The switch beside the rear window fogger for the fog lights doesn't turn

my 2002 accent makes a chirping sound coming from the metal slave cylinder
spindle.
the dealer has done all he can to get rid of the sound, butr its still
there.
