I am looking for an illustration on aligning the timing marks, checking
belt tension and anything else pictorial I can find on the timing belt
installation for a 2001 Hyundai Accent GL. My web search has been fruitles
and frustrating.  Does anyone know where to find this??

I got a new Elantra about a week ago, it currently has around 300 miles
on it.  This weekend I have to take a trip of about 400 miles each way,
mostly highway driving.  I know the owner's manual says to keep speed
under 55 for the first 12000 miles, but this seems a little extreme ...

My 2000 Sonata GLS v6 only has 40k miles on it so I am not inclined to
change out the Timing Belt yet.  However, I do not want to invalidate
the warranty so I got out the "2000 Owners Manual"   On page 5-5
entitled "Vehicle Maintenance Requirements" under Timing Belt it is

The back 3 are a bear.  Looks like the intake manifold has to come off.
Has anyone done this ?  Or...do u suggest leaving to a professional
