Accent oil consumption 30 Jun 2005 13:56 GMT4
For the first time, bought an Accent-96 ,1,5, 120K, which I noticed uses a
lot of oil (at least compared to other cars I have owned).
Approx. 500ml/1000 km.
No oil leaks.

plenty of power....thinking of trading in on Elantra.

With all the talk about the big bucks they want to change the timing belt,
I'm thinking about doing my own.  I've done a few in past lives... a couple
Mazdas, Geo Prism (that one had the motor mount through the belt like the
Hyundai)... not a fun job, but for $1000 I may do it ...
Tires for Elantra28 Jun 2005 16:03 GMT4
My Elantra seems to be going through tires faster than any car I have had before.  Can someone out there recommend a tire that will last a while but still give a safe smooth ride?
   I would appreciate any suggestions.

2003 Hyundai Santa Fe fr brake slde bolts28 Jun 2005 00:35 GMT1
I asked this question last week but the answer was not specific. 14 mm hex
for the Caliper slider bolts were stated. Would that mean 14 mm Hex Head
or 14 mm Hex Allen? I'll need to pick up an Allen if so.
Air conditioner problem on 2001 Accent28 Jun 2005 00:33 GMT1

slowing down. The check engine light is on solid but it will go off if
