It seems like my Elantra has corroded wires that go from the drivers
side door to the body. You would think that this would be a recall....
My power windows and door locks don't work and all the fuses are fine,
just FYI for anyone who has not heard of this problem.

         I have been getting only about 18 to 19 mpg on my  2002 Sonata. I
keep my car up to date with needed maintenence. The service man at the
Hyundai dealer told me to buy better gas. Mobile instead of BJs or Tops
where I go now. Would that make a difference. Jim

I just bought an 05 Elantra GT tonight after driving the 05 Focus and an
02 Civic and it drives and rides better than both.  Of course, now I am
having  a case of buyers jitters and wondering if I really did the right
thing.  

Does anyone have any idea if Hyundai plans on selling a small to
mid-size truck in the US? I think they would do a good job filling
that market. Smaller size, 4 doors, clean burning diesel fuel, and
at least 30 mpg. That is what I want!

Hello.  This is my first post.  I have an 2002 Elantra GT.  Best
purchase I have ever made.  It is now time for the 30,000 mile check up
(I know I am way behind in the mileage dept.) and unfortunately my local
Hyundai dealer, Culver City Hyundai closed.  They were great, too.

About a month ago I wrote about my daughters 2004 Tib.  She was having
trouble when downshifting.  Shifter would hang up and it was not possible to
free it without muscling it out of gear.  Much advice and comments were

Got an 04 Accent with 30k miles and its time for new spark plugs according
to owners manual.  Looking at using Bosch Plat 4.  When I goto there website
they do not have any vehicles listed for 04 besides Mazda so I went with 03
