Does any one know how hard it is to replace the input shaft speed sensor on
a 2000 Sonata GLS?  Is it a DIY job or should I just take it to the shop?

PSF-3 is specified in the Hyundai owners manual.
Well, in research I notice Honda
does not utilize the power steering fluid that "GM, Ford, Chrysler &
most foreign cars" utilize.

I have just replaced the timing belt on a ’94 Scoupe. Set the timing
marks according to book. Now the engine starts, hesitates first then
revives up to 4000 rpm (without depressing the accelerator and dies.
All happens within 5 seconds. When started again, repeats the same.

I took my '01 Santa Fe to AutoZone today to get the codes for my Check
Engine light.
I was given the following:
P1529 - Vehicle Speed Idle Control, Aux. Input

When the TCS is activated does it supposed to sound like it is grinding?
It also doesn't always activate..  When I drive in the snow I can spin the
wheels pretty good and it won't even come on, other times it does, but of
cousre that lovely grinding sound happens..

I am faced with the unfortunate task of replacing the harmonic balancer
on my 93 Elantra (1.6l).  My question is whether the best way would be
to pull the engine up thru the hood and change it, drop the engine down
thru the bottom of the chassis and change it, or pick the engine ...
