'Realistically' , when should one change spark plugs on a Santa Fe    ??08 Jul 2005 04:23 GMT10
I know it says 100,000 miles in the owners manual, but,  id like to hear

make more sense if money were no issue ??
Thanks.
2000 Elantra08 Jul 2005 02:27 GMT4
Okay, here's the deal.  The O2 sensor in my Elantra went, so I got a big
'ol 'Check Engine Light' going.
I have to do my Emissions soon, but I *think* the instructions say that NO
dash warning lights can be on (like Oil, etc.)
drum brake nut pressed?07 Jul 2005 04:33 GMT4
It appears this lead was posted in 2002 when I search for help, but I
am still stuck. I have 2002 Hyundai Elantra 16K miles only rear right

When I attempt to trouble shoot. I removed the wheel, and found the
05 Sonata stereo trim removal?07 Jul 2005 01:22 GMT4
How do you remove the faux wood/plastic trim from around the stereo/AC?
I'm going to be upgrading the stereo and I don't want to break what is
probably a $100 part. Thanks for any info. I assume it has to come out
to do this.
Elantra and OEM Michelins07 Jul 2005 01:19 GMT7
I thought I'd start a new thread as this was such a hot topic in the earlier
spark plug thread.  I also found a thread on another forum regarding tire
wear.

Check Engine Light On in '01 Accent06 Jul 2005 23:36 GMT2
My check engine light came on a while back due to a rusted out flex pipe on
my 2001 Accent.  A buddy of mine replaced the pipe, checked the error code
(1128), and erased it, but about 2 hours later the light came back on.  The
pipe has been duly checked -- no leaks.  Anyone know ...

Posted a question a couple of days ago, about Oil consumption in my Accent.
Someone mentioned a defect ICV valve could be one of the causes of excess

02 Elantra Spark Plugs06 Jul 2005 00:46 GMT43
I would normally go to the Hyundai tech site for this, but since I've last
looked, it seems to insist that I register first, and then it doesn't every
respond with the email that it promises me... COOL!
Anyway, I have a couple questions.  What is the correct spark plug torque
Odd occurence with 2000 Sonata (HELP)05 Jul 2005 23:10 GMT6
This morning when I started my 2000 Sonata GLS V6, the engine started
run several seconds while not sounding normal.  The I tried to restart
it and while it would turn over it would not start.
I was in a hurry so I switched to my truck and ran a few errands.
Where is the ODB connector on 2001 Accent?05 Jul 2005 22:32 GMT6
I want to use a PC computer as a ODB scan tool for my 2001 Accent
because I am a computer technician, but not a auto mechanic. From what
I gather, there are kits which include a 16-pin ODB connector, a
interface board, a serial cable and some software. Any insight to my
