My wife and I both have automatic trans '02 Elantra GLS's. Mine has about 36K and hers about 33K miles. When starting in morning and pulling out from sitting overnight they are OK. After sitting in the sun all day at work (100deg.+ in Arizona)

I bought this car used with 16,000 miles about 4 months ago as a cheap drive to work, that could comfortably carry the family places if the minivan were in the shop. So far I'm happy with it except for the brakes.

At 72,000Kms, the alternator on my 2002 Santa Fe died, leaving me to call CAA and have it towed to the nearest Dealership. Seems they rust inside. The dealer did mention that the replacements are designed differently. He seemed to indicate that it occurs fairly

First I want to thank you hyundaiTech I got the Denso SparkPlug that you told me to get and I am happy, a bit much at 10 a piece but according to the website it will be easier on the car than Platinum or copper. Next, I have a friend in Northern VA with a Santa Fe like mine 2002 ...

I ended up buying the 2005 Santa Fe 2.7 GLS AWD, and LOVE IT! All was going peachy until I tried playing a MP3 disc. I inserted the disc properly, as I would a normal CD audio disc. The display would show the "READING" message and would freeze immediately thereafter. I
