I got my santy 3 months back and i have been having the indicator not
go off when my wife (105 lbs) gets on 1 out of 4 times at least.
However after switching off ignition and starting it up again it goes
ALWAYS goes off.

I got an email from IIHS that there will be a segment on this Sunday's
Dateline regarding Midsize Crash tests. Nothing on their website, not much
info on NBC's. The only comment about '06 Sonata on IIHS is "Hyundai Sonata
redesigned for 2006; to be tested in late 2005. 2006 Kia ...

Wanted to catch your attention so I started a new thread.  Did you see the
reponse I posted regarding the engine whine??  Is this a logical
explanation.  My dealer told me that was what Hyundai Engineers said but I
wanted to make sure they were being straight up with me.

At 5K miles the check light just came on.  What problems ignite this lamp?

I'm trying to replace the front and rear rotors and pads on a 2001
Santa Fe (6cyl,awd,16" tires), After numerous attempts, with a hand
impact driver, to loosen

I have an 02 Santa Fe, 2 litre turbo-diesel 4wd with a weird brake
problem.  Every so often, very infrequently (maybe once a month or
less) I put my foot on the brake pedal and the pedal feels rock hard
and there is very little braking effort.   The car does eventually slow

Hyundai made a good 5 year entrace internationally...but in 1-2
years...many china cars will come to international markets...will
hyundai go out of business? kia is only good because price is low..but
chinese cars even lower..
