2006 Hyundai Sonata LX16 Apr 2006 03:47 GMT7
I'm looking for real life comparisons.
I was looking at a Sonata LX with a moonroof that came with a Six disc CD
stereo  with a Amp and Sub-woofer.
The price I was given before trade in but including Rebates was $23,330.00.

2006 Sonata 4 cyl gas mileage15 Apr 2006 14:55 GMT7
Well, some good news on the gas mileage front.  It appears that my
Sonata is responding well to the warmer weather we've had lately (50s
and 60s).  The last two fill-ups have been higher than previous tanks
and the last tank broke the magic 30 MPG mark that I've been hoping for.
2006 Sonata15 Apr 2006 14:19 GMT2
I am going to be buying it. I have not bought it yet. Some people think I
have but not yet. Sorry for the short notice.
I wish to purchase either an '06 or '07 Sonata15 Apr 2006 04:32 GMT10
We have a 2005 Elantra with 9000 plus miles on it.  Got it in Oct of
'05 and am very pleased with it.  I will be needing another car later
this year. I am thinking of an 06 or 07 Sonata.  I am in no rush to
purchase.  My question is, does anyone have any insight or knowledge

Another CEL on 2001 Accent14 Apr 2006 18:09 GMT1
Sometimes when I drive my 2001 Accent in stop-n-go traffic, the car
will make a thunk sound (transmission noise) on deceleration and just
before a full stop. After, this happens the acceleration is jerky and
the CEL comes on. Also when the traffic frees up, I notice the car is
If your mileage is greater than 80,000 tell us if youve needed    repairs14 Apr 2006 03:27 GMT16
I am very curious to know the reliability of Hyundais in general , so,
if you have more than 80,000 miles racked up, tell us if youve had any
breakdowns / repairs ,what they were, and how many miles you have right
now . I think this will be very useful info to all Hyundai owners in ...
Solution for Zeppo's sizzle13 Apr 2006 18:14 GMT1
Apparently, Hyundai has discovered the issue with the Santa Fe evaporator
drain dripping onto the exhaust.
Hyundai has released a revised evaporator drain hose that (purportedly, I
haven't tried this yet) doesn't drip the water on the exhaust.  See TSB
2006 Hyundai Sonata Engine Whine13 Apr 2006 14:31 GMT8
I have a 2006 Sonata with 5200 miles on it. It is a GLS V6 and I really
lover it BUT..
I have developed a very annoying engine whine at 60-69MPH. I have had the
Tech drive it and he has acknowledged that the noise exists but I get the
mpg on a Sonata 2006 GS12 Apr 2006 21:20 GMT12
1800 miles, 4th tank of gas averaged 20.3 mpg, mostly local driving, trips
of about 5 miles at a time. is that about right?
Rear Shocks or Struts?12 Apr 2006 13:36 GMT7
How can I tell if my '95 Elantra GLS has rear shocks or struts? Thanks.
Santa Fe Bumper Scratch Repairs12 Apr 2006 13:30 GMT1
Other car bumped into the left front side my Santa Fe bumper: no
dent/cracks, just a few scratchs that show the next layer darker color
different from that of the surface.
How to repair something like this?
The 'Time' display is out, on my moms 2004 SantaFe10 Apr 2006 18:39 GMT1
All of a sudden, the display went out.  I assume there is no fuse for
this ?  Thanks.
