I have a 2001 hyundai accent with the engine light one did the gas cap thing, didnt work. driving one day took it to a local mechanic to see if he knew, He diagnosed it as a bad manifold, said it was warrantyed to take it to the dealer turned off the light.

I installed a battery in backwards like a idiot and blew the 100amp fuse and my headlights wont come on. i replaced the fuse but the headlights still dont work. i checked the voltage at the bulbs and theirs nothing. am i overlooking something? if its a fuse i cant find it. any help ...

Hopefully I won't need to do this - that I will have put the timing belt on perfectly, but just in case.... has anyone found a way to compress the hydraulic tensioner once you pull the pin and it engages? The on-line timing belt replacement instructions simply said to remove it. ...

Since the model has a automatic timing adjuster, can 2000 ELANTRA adjust to the higher octane (higher advance) gasoline and make full use of it, or it is only a waste of money. BMW, for example, will adjust fire timing according to the octane

My check engine light is on and Hyundai said the code came back as a purge valve, they said they would replace it for 200.00 and I told them I would have to wait a couple of weeks since they just did the 60000 mile service on my Santa Fe and I didn't have the funds right

I need to istall a wired fm modulator relay for Sirius satellite radio. To do this I need to remove/replace the factory radio. The instructions from Crutchfield only cover the 06 dash/radio. The 07 looks totally different. Any ideas how I can get the radio out without damaging ...

I have recently noticed that my sonata has a stumble in the shift to 4th gear. If I accelerate slowly it isn’t that notceable. However, if I accelerate at a good clip that last shift (its in drive) has a hesitation (or stumbles as I feel it) and actually the rpms jump up
