I have a 2003 hyundai elantrs, lately when i drive my car if i go over

2006 Power mirror19 Feb 2007 18:28 GMT3
I finally got around to replacing my mirror I broke a while ago. Glass
just snaps out and back in.  The round thing in the picture is a
plastic mounting disk.
The remaining problem is that the mirror power tilt/pan has not worked

60,000 miles dealer says it needs new flywheel and more parts.  I have

2000 4cy hyundai sonata17 Feb 2007 12:31 GMT2
Hello Hyundai Tech and everyone else!
My Sonata has been not wanting to start on a couple of occasions and at
times seem to quit for a split second while driving along at 50mph.
Then she would start but die in a minute or so, yesterday.
2007 Santa Fe Maintenance17 Feb 2007 05:26 GMT3
I have a 2007 Santa Fe 3.3L. One of the items in the glove box was a
booklet called Maintenance Log. Several of the items listed aroused my
attention. The first is Valve Clearance, which is supposed to be
inspected at 60,000 miles. Since a lot of parts have to be removed from
Oil drain plug washers17 Feb 2007 02:09 GMT8
I bought some of these washers for my 07 SF 3.3L. They look like
ordinary steel washers. I've read that these vehicles require some kind
of special crush washers. Are the ones I got made out of some kind of
space-age material? They don't look like they are very crushable. I have
Warranty manifold replacement16 Feb 2007 07:51 GMT3
Ok this is related to my previous post about power loss , when I had
the work done they also replaced the exhaust manifold for cracks under
recall . When looking up prices for the catalytic converter I see that
the convertoer and manifold are sold as one piece , so now I'm
2001 Elantra starter motor died15 Feb 2007 22:25 GMT2
How long does the starter motor usually last?  My 2001 Elantra's
starter motor began failing when we moved to a colder town at the
start of this month.  When the temperature fell below 20F, the starter
wouldn't crank.  From midday onwards when it's above 20, I would have
Drum swooshing sound 99 Elantra15 Feb 2007 22:25 GMT3
I replaced the rear shoes (Hyundai parts) on our 99 Elantra GL
this past August. About a month ago I started to hear a swooshing
sound while the car was in motion. I had a look at them a few days ago
trying to play around to figure what was wrong. I took the drum and

Valvoline's additive to ATF?15 Feb 2007 13:37 GMT4
Went back to Valvoline for a radiator flush and they informed me that
they use an additive to their ATF fluid called Platinum by Shift Rite
making it compatible with Hyundai's SP111. Any input?
Sonata 4cylinder or V6?15 Feb 2007 11:25 GMT14
Thinking of buying a new Sonata, would like to get the 4 cyl for the gas
mileage but wonder if it is powerful enough?  Is there a big difference
in performance and mileage between the 4 and 6?
06 Sonata LX doors won't manually lock14 Feb 2007 23:23 GMT4
On occasion, I find my 06 Sonata LX unable to lock the doors manually
(by using the rocker switch on the driver's door).  I have tried doing
this while the car is driving (high and low speeds), parked, and not
running.  It doesn't always do this, it is rather intermittent.  I am
Dash Lights go off/on intermittently (Attn: hyundaitech)14 Feb 2007 19:16 GMT1
I have a 2001 Accent with approx 57000km. Recently my dash lights
(speedometer, oil temp gauge, revs) have been going off an on

give me some run arounds since wiring issues can be extremely

Just got back from Advance Auto Parts... a free diagnostic check for
the cause of the engine malfunction light turned up error code: P0422.
After some research online it's suggested the problem is either the
