Traction control light on31 Aug 2007 17:05 GMT1
2002 Sonata LX has brake light and TCD light on most of the time.
Sometimes they go off but later return to on.  No real change in braking
as far as I can tell.
Interesting news I read in the Rockford Register31 Aug 2007 12:46 GMT5
Caught a small blurb about Hyundai experimenting or potentially
looking at Hydrogen fuel cell models in Friday's Rockford Register. I
can't find anything on their web site or in their archives. Just
though I'd mention it.
Keys locked in 07 Sante Fe?30 Aug 2007 05:09 GMT7
Just locked both sets of keys in my vehicle.
As I am 300 miles away from home, is anyone aware of a procedure to either
gain entry or work with a dealer on a Sat to have another key made?
Responses please???
Att. Hyundiatech  Tangled wipers '06 Elantra28 Aug 2007 22:45 GMT2
My wife was driving in a heavy downpour with the wipers on high when they
became tangled. She had to pull over and ofcourse got soaked untangling them
and now the passenger side no longer moves. Going into the dealers Tuesday.
Ever hear of this happening and what could have ...
2002 Elantra ongoing gas fill-up issue25 Aug 2007 18:44 GMT8
I have posted this before but have since had some more information so i'm
hoping that this may help.
I've had a long on-going problem when filling up the gas tank the pump
clicks off repeatedly. This has nothing to do with the pump and everything

How many trips to the dealer to fix a Sonata?24 Aug 2007 02:36 GMT21
As some might recall, I have a 2007 Sonata that started backfiring, and
flashing the check engine light. The tow to the dealer resulted in them
replacing the engine. That actually didn't fix the problem. When I picked
the car up, the check engine light was still flashing, and the ...
Tucson roof rack removal (partial)24 Aug 2007 00:39 GMT7
I'm trying to take off the two horizontal bars on the roof rack to possibly
improve highway mileage a little.  But after removing the two small screws
on either side of the crossbar, the only ones I see, the plastic frame
barely bends out enough to see the large star bolt for the ...
Tiburon compressor23 Aug 2007 17:27 GMT2
I have a good friend who has a Tiburon(sp?) -- not sure of the year--
think it is about 01, has about 100K miles. From what he tells me, it
sounds like the compressor is going out. It is noisy, and seems to be
putting more of a drag on the engine. He is about 250 miles from me, so
HYUNDAI 2005 TUSON brakes lock up23 Aug 2007 17:16 GMT3
Hi all.   Sunday  while traveling about 35mph on a damp roadway drying
off.  The brakes locked up all 4 wheels and the L/F kept unlocking and
locking. I came to a controled stop--no one in back of me. I was NOT
stepping on the gas and brake at the same time as the dearler
Santa Fe wiper arms22 Aug 2007 04:29 GMT4
Need to know where I can purchase replacement wiper arms (front) for my 04
Santa Fe.  They're weather-worn and unsightly. : )
Thanks,
Kyle

Sofar on my 2001 Elantra the failures are limited to:-
A) The digital clock, stopped working about a year after purchase.
B) The electric door locks, erratic  operation, sometimes all the
doors locked, sometimes they all unlocked, solved the problem by
New Tucson Purchase - Attn: Hyundaitech21 Aug 2007 03:00 GMT5
Hyundaitech has been extremely helpful to everyone on this forum,
including my occasional question relating to our 2006 Elantra.
We are considering the purchase of a new Tucson to add to the
Elantra.  My fundamental question relates to the maintenance cost
AWD technology20 Aug 2007 17:36 GMT1
Currently have a Subaru Forester, considering a SantaFe or maybe a
Veracruz, mostly for the waranty and the added engine power. Live in the
Buffalo NY area and have a great happiness with the Forester's AWD. Anyone
know how the Hyundai AWD system works and how it compares to the ...
