| Side window seals on 2001 Accent | 08 Oct 2007 15:43 GMT | 4 |
My 2001 Accent is running well but there is a whistling noise from the side windows at higher speeds. Air is coming in from the top edge where the glass meets the weather strip on both doors. The seals do not allow rain water in but I want to reduce the wind noise. My car has ...

After owing 2002 Sonata V6 for 3 months I found out that the front seats are the most uncomfortable I've ever had. Both me and my wife cannot adjust them ( manual adjustment) to feel pain free for more than half an hour. After two hours drive I have such back pain that I

| Fuel filter and spark plugs for 2002 Sonata GLS | 05 Oct 2007 16:56 GMT | 2 |
So I've decided to get these two maintenance items out of the way, and I'm flabbergasted that Hyundai has decided to lay out these common service items in this manner. Apparently: 1) To get to the back three spark plugs, you must remove the intake

OK the history is that about 3 weeks ago I replaced the clutch at 170K miles on my 01 ELantra , well about 1 week ago I noticed a noise like that would best be described as driving over a steel bridge grating (the volumn and pitch of the noise is directly tied to the rotation

| Engine running | 04 Oct 2007 23:42 GMT | 5 |
Has anyone else noticed that occasionally the engine on their Sonata continues to run for a few minutes after turning off the engine and removing the key? No, it's not the dieseling type of after run but just a normal idle. Could it be burning off excess gas fumes or some other ...

Had the check engine light come on not far from my local dealer. Stopped by the dealer, got an appointment to have it checked out. If it is some sort of sensor at the edge of tolerance, is it covered by my 10/100 bumper to bumper warranty? The shop manager says it might not be ...

My almost 2 year old '06 Sonata with 35000 miles sounds like a diesel when it is cold, (not as loud but sounds similar.) after 4 or 5 miles it quiets down. It runs good, just noisy until it warms. Any thoughts? Rob

| K&N Air Filters | 03 Oct 2007 19:14 GMT | 24 |
I've been thinking about installing one of these in my 07 Santa Fe 3.3L. Are they worth the extra cost? I've read that there is a noticeable increase in performance, and maybe gas mileage. Any problem with the Hyundai warranty?

My daughter took her 2001 Hyundai Elantra to the dealer for an oil change yesterday. They told her that not only did she need a $300 brake job but that she also had a problem with something called a Flex Pipe that would cost approx. $1000 to repair. Her brain must've been frozen ...
