when i dont accelerate hard (NORMAL ACCELERATION) my auto transmission right at 35 mph will hesitate a little and jump into the next gear then right back out. this takes a total amount of time less then 1 second to do. been doin now for about 12000 miles and hasnt gotten

whenever im stopped at a stoplight for about 20-25 seconds, the engine will very quickly shudder then return to normal. it almost feels like it going to die but it catches itself and returns to normal. anybody have an idea? maybe fuel filter?....has 53000 on it
