C-280.  The lease will soon be up on the current Benz and we are looking at
another C Class Benz and a Jaguar 3.0 Xtype.  I would appreciate any
comparisons from people who have been through the same ...

I've got a '91 (H) XJ-S 3.6 Sport Auto, not too bad a car, heater doesn't
heat, could do with a few rust spots sorting but nothing too serious, and
the veneer on the centre console is knackered, oh and it's got Jag
Handbrakeitis. Done about 75000 miles (odometer stopped working on ...

XJS Drain holes24 Feb 2004 04:50 GMT6
I have a small problem....I understand there are drain holes in an XJS (and
XJ I believe) for draining water which goes down into the heater/blower
vents in front of the windscreen - I have read in a previous post that on
the XJ these are at the "back of the front wheel arches" - ...

XK Out of Storage for a day!23 Feb 2004 00:18 GMT1
Well, this was the first weekend in 6 weeks I wasn't working and the weather
in Chicago warmed up to 40 yesterday, so I pulled the XKR out of storage and
went for a spin.  It was great after driving our old mini van around for two
months!  Not quite like having the top down on a ...

When i first start my 1990 xj40 from cold sometimes the steering is
extremely heavy and particularly trying to turn right. this only seems to
happen when it is particularly cold and has been sat idle for about 12 hours
or so.
XJ8 Power Steering Fluid 19 Feb 2004 19:54 GMT1
My '99 XJ8 Vanden Plas has needed power steering fluid three times over the
last six months which seems odd to me.  There are no leaks that I can see
and certainly nothing dripping below the car.  Seemingly out of nowhere the
steering whines very loudly and the reservoir is low on ...
