Anybody have the owners manual handy for a 1988 XJ6? Need specifically the stopping distance from 60 MPH, 50 MPH, 40 MPH and 30 MPH Thanks all in advance.

I need to replace my intank fuel pump (it has voltage but it won't make a peep.) The Haynes repair manual specifies removing the propeller shaft in order to gain access to the fuel lines from underneath the vehicle.

Having decided to join the Jaguar scene, starting with an X-Type, I am now pondering on a 2.0 Sport or 2.5 Sport. Any advice over which to purchase would be appreciated. Is there much difference in performance, fuel consumption etc?

I was told by my service advisor today (after performing a $170 Cdn oil change)that my 2001 V6 S-Type with about 30,000km or under 19,000 miles need new front brake pads soon. He told me that I only have 15% of the pads left.
