| Newbe Questions | 18 Apr 2004 00:42 GMT | 1 |
I'm new to the vintage Jaguar world and was just wondering is it possible to swap out the borg warner model 8 to a Jag 4 speed? Also are there conversion kits for doing. By the way this is for 1968 XKE 2 + 2. Thanks in advance.

I'm about to install an LPG conversion in my XJS, which involves sacrificing a considerable amount of boot space for the gas fuel tank. The spare wheel is the first thing which has to go, but it was never much use anyway; the spare is a Jag 5 spoke, but the car is fitted with 16" ...

| A few questions about a new 3.0 X Type | 13 Apr 2004 00:26 GMT | 1 |
Had my 3.0 X-Type automatic for a month and, for the most part, I'm very satisfied. Love the looks inside and out, first and foremost. The performance isn't too bad either. A few questions though: * I'm noticing a squeaky sound coming from underneath when driving on

I just spent a week in Rome, where I saw many Jaguars. I have an S-type here in the US, and it has a "leaper" hood ornament. Most of the S-types I saw in Italy didn't have one, and looking at Jaguar's website it seems as though they only put these on the US cars. Does anyone know ...

I just got my new X-Type...first time buyer. After 300 miles I notice the seats are very narrow and the edge of the driver seat cuts into my butt. What have the owners of this model done to alleviate the soreness? Is there a fix? Does the seat break-in a little bit?
