Hello...I have a 1991 XJ6 and when I unlock the front door with the key or from the inside latch the rear dorr locks don'r pop up like they used to...The child safety locks are not on and the locks move up and down a bit when I unlock front door but remain locked...It started after ...

I have the opportunity to by an X-Type 3 litre, 4-wheels drive, '91, 50'000 miles and automatic Gearbox. But unfortunatly they have to change the gearbox, because it stops to work. It's a common problem on X-Type ?

Hi, I have an '86 Australian V12 XJSC, which whenever I open the petrol cap, releases a huge amount of pressure. Open the cap (hot or cold day, full tank or almost empty) and there is a big whoosh for a couple of seconds. A bit embarrassing at the crowded petrol station!

For your information I've been driving an X-Type 2.0 D sport for about 6 weeks. From day 1 it's drifted left at all speeds. I gave it 3 weeks to loosen up and started the fix process.

I recently had the head liner replaced in my '88 XJS and in the process the upholster damaged the plastic part that the sun visor arm goes through (small plastic piece that rests against the padded head liner). Does anyone know where I can purchase a replacement? Both are damaged. ...

It's time to change my 225/60/16 tires on a 2003 XJ8. I'm looking for low noise, good handling, and decent tread wear, in that order. I've read bad reviews on Pirellis (noisy) and Michelin. What do ya'll recommend I buy?

I read with interest the article on the S type regulator problem posted by N. Haupt. Its scandalous that a window regulator should break at all, never mind all 4 regulators.
