Anyone have an idea why my 80K mile 84 XJS V12 HE runs horribly until it warms up? I don't drive the car every day. When cold, it is very difficult to start and keep running... even after turning the key on long enough to allow the fuel pump to build pressure and shut off, it

My father has a 59 XK150 (American edititon). The wipers won't work and they just drop down under the hood instead of parking normally. We can't figure out if they are supposed to park on the right or left side and also can't find a way to access the control arm for the

| XJ 8 Difficulty starting from cold. | 03 Jan 2005 11:26 GMT | 2 |
Recently it's been difficult starting from cold. The engine has to be turned over more than double the normal time, before it'll start and the accelerator has to be used to keep it running above 500rpm, otherwise it'll stall.

| Thinking of "parting out" my 86 XJ6 | 02 Jan 2005 12:49 GMT | 1 |
I was going to donate it. But it will not pass emissions and it is beginning to 'dollar me' to death in that area, I'm thinking of parting it out from my yard here at my house.
