We have a 1998 XJR that we just purchased - when decelerating from a higher speed, we hear a soft whining or hum and then it goes away when accelerating. Anyone else have this happen on this model - it is the SuperCharged Jag - thanks

My central locking is playing up - it locks after the set time after starting and driving off buy then pops open again. I try to lock it internally but it refuses to stay locked. Also when locking the car locks and pops open immediately. double clicking gets the deadlocks down.

Another one slightly off topic but things have been quiet here for a while.... I am in the UK where it usually rains and is cold etc. The difference between summer and winter is that the rain is warmer in the summer.

I damaged the outer portion of my right rear rim a BBS Montreal 9-spoke alloy 20" . The dealer I go to for maintenance quoted me $1400 for a new replacement and $600 to send to manufacturer for repair in 2-4 weeks.

hi people a pal of mine has a 3.2 auto m reg jag and his battery is discharghing whilst driving he says the alternator is fine and has been checked by different people , i cannot figure out whats wrong - can anyone help please ?
