On the rear of my diff is a speedo drive - This is an electronic sensor with a wire going up into the boot. Does anyone know if this sensor serves any other purpose other than running the speedo, for example, does it run any part of the engine management

i'm installing a cd changer in my 91 and found the DIN cable behind the radio not connected to anything. I've looked everywhere and there is no place to plug it in. The radio has the CD buttion with the cassett button, so i believe it is

Guys, We have an XJ40 4.0L 1994 Sovereign that sometimes is a bugger to start when it is has been very damp or raining overnight. This is first time in the mornimg, not once the car has been started during that day.

Just jacked the car up to find out which half of the system was at fault. I video’d the slave cylinder and it was clearly moving. I am about to take the box off to examine the clutch. ~~Just curious to if anyone had any tricks of trade info regarding this operation?
