I've just bought a 1995 XJ6 (X300) 3.2 with LPG kit fitted.

x300 stereo (uk)11 Aug 2005 16:52 GMT4
Can anyone tell me if the stereo in a jaguar x300 is a standard size
and therfor easily replaced with a better on?
I'm referring to the physical size and shape of the unit and fascia, I
expect some kind of adapter may be required for the wiring.

My 1989 XJS V12 is now having it's first tart up, bits are being removed at

bonnet is a plastic trim peice about 50 cm wide that the wipers and washers
poke through. I've undone two nuts under the bonnet ...

I just recently finished replacing the head gasket on my 1988 xj6 with 3.6
engine, usual problem, oil leak at right front of head. After I fired it up,

ran smooth, but the idle kept getting lower and lower. I ...
