I wish to own a Jaguar and I'm looking at a 1987 V12 coupe, 1990 V12 roadster and 1994 6 cyl roadster. I like the new innovations on the 1994 but like the exterior styling of the older cars.

Hi, could you tell me if Daimler made a manual gearbox version of the Mk2, and if so, how many were built. Is there a conversion I can do to convert an automatic into a manual. Could I fit an overdrive. Any information would be great. Many thanks for looking

Does any body know if the Jaguar X-Type optional bluetooth is available for a 2002 Jun model as an add on or is it a factory option only and if available will it fitt the model without the 7" LCD but has the climate control and sound screens?

My X-type has a loud droning noise that occurs at any speed, under power or not, the only consistent thing about it is that any pressure on the brake pedal and it goes for the duration of the pedal. The noise is intermittent and not dependant on cornering!

I still go back and forth in trying to decide whether to remain loyal to Volkswagen or to try a Jaguar X-Type sedan next time. Every time I see one of those cars, I fall in love again.......But...Can anyone tell me if this model is supposed to be discontinued in the near future? ...

My X300 has stopped blowing any warm air out of the heaters. Temperature is at normal and fans turn on, indicating that the t'stat is working OK. All of the water pipes in the engine bay seem warm. Any ideas??? Cheers
