The battery looses charge over time when the vehicle is unused.
There is a 1.0 amp flow from the battery when all loads (including the
boot lamps) are shut down. Does anyone know what might cause this?

I've been trying to get this vehicle to pass Ontario Provincial
"driveclean" emissions test, and it fails on NOx - 1000-2000 ppm when
it should be 500 or below.
