Aftermarket axles27 Jul 2003 01:57 GMT1
I would like to hear from a reader who has some experience with aftermarket
upgrade axle kits available for a Jeep Dana 35C rear end, like the stuff
from Warn. I prefer not to take on the job of switching to a Dana 44, I just
want to feel a little more secure with my Dana 35C. None ...
YJ Dash Parts26 Jul 2003 19:18 GMT1
Are there any sources for dashboard parts other than a Jeep dealer or
a salvage yard? (Are there any lists of salvage yards around the
country that might choose to specialize in Jeeps?) I'm looking to
replace the stock busted up plastic pieces of my dash with something

What are known defects of 2002 Liberty?26 Jul 2003 13:01 GMT1
Hello Group,
I have a friend with a 2002 Jeep Liberty. She tells me she has problems with
the transmission slipping intermittantly. i.e. Sometimes it will do it
consistantly for a period of time, a week or two, then stop. The engine also
Don't Quote Jeffrey Leonard26 Jul 2003 03:23 GMT1
If most of us kill file him, and the rest of us don't quote him, we can all
enjoy a little peace and quiet and get back to cyber jeeping.
Hey Jeffrey!  I can't hear you.

Best HP/$$$ mods for 1998 2.5L inline-426 Jul 2003 03:08 GMT4
I have a 1998 Jeep TJ SE that I imported to California from Canada.
While in Canada I installed a 2.5" BDS lift and put 33"x9.5" BFG MTs
on the stock wheels and it was great in the snow, but the tires are
pretty useless here.

Lou Ellen! When you gonna send in some complaints about Nathan Collier?26 Jul 2003 02:34 GMT2
Say, Nathan's using an email address that isn't his! "abuse@aol.com"
isn't a domain he owns. Weren't you gaytards whining about that? Why,
yes you were! Maybe some you you idiots should run for political office?
You've sure surpassed the hypocrisy requirements.

I don't know.  I just don't know.
But at least it hasn't been slammed.
Paint cost?25 Jul 2003 22:09 GMT2
Okay, so I included too many details last time.  Lemme try again.
A paint shop has agreed to paint my off-frame CJ-5 tub (new steel, in
shipping primer), fenders (new, in e-coat), tailgate (new, in primer),
dash, grill, roll bar (old, in fair shape but will require hand-work) and
Front YJ axle stop25 Jul 2003 20:50 GMT2
It appears I am missing a rubber axle stop for the passenger side bumper.
It looks like the hardware rusted away. The drivers side is still there
but it's getting pretty bad. I've started prepping and hitting the Jeep
with POR-15. I would like to replace it and I was wondering what ...
Did Lou Ellen have a heart attack or sumpin?25 Jul 2003 20:48 GMT19
Where's Old Man Bill? Did he drop his CJs' hood on his fat fingers and
now he can't type any more blustering bullshit? Aw, too bad.
Changed Diff Fluids......25 Jul 2003 20:04 GMT1
Changed the front and rear diff oil on my 2003 Wrangler Rubicon.  I've got
about 3K miles on the Jeep now.
There was about 1mm of metal gunk on each of the 4 magnets.
Added the limited slip additive to the back diff. as no additive was in the
clogged cat25 Jul 2003 17:11 GMT9
How can you tell if your cat is getting clogged?  Would an O2 sensor error
be an indication?  I know the O2 sensors can go bad, but isn't that what
it's suppose to do is give an error when cat is clogged?
Thanks !
