Hey, just got this link from a fellow club member http://www.high-tec-retreading.com/sizes.html They are retreaded Mud Tires. The 33x12.5 are only $67.49 which is really cheap. I was wondering what people think of retreads? Basically

When I bought my '79 CJ 7 a while ago the P.O. had installed a manual choke. Well it looks like he just attached a cable to the electric choke. Is this the correct way to do it? The problem I have is that IF i ever get the choke to set the high idle, it never will go back to ...

Ok... Pulled valve cover... Sitting there making itself too obvious is the push rod closest to the front of the vehicle just sitting loose.

I had to replace the bearings in my rear axle twice within six months and it's starting to growl again after a few thou. I think it's a Dana 40 although it's hard to tell. I want to swap it out for one more durable the next time it goes in and I'm

Sometimes when I get out the car, the rear brake lights stay on for a prolonged period... is there any reason for this or do I have a fault?

Its been bitter cold here in the northeast lately and the only way I can get confortable in my '00 Sahara. (I don't wear a coat when I drive) is to run the heater on bi-level. The problem is, with bi-level, the AC compressor runs and I don't want it to.

My '89 YJ was never the best at idling. In the past I've cleaned out the idle tubes, had my carter rebuilt, and so on.. Now without goosing the gas, it won't idle at all. It goes right to stall. At hiway speed it runs great.

Just bought a Brake Buddy for towing 93 Wrangler with hard top. Initial set up requires weight of the car. I don't have a guess. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks Barry

I have an 84 CJ-7 with the 258 and I have done the Nutter Bypass... I was wanting to put a hidden kill switch somewhere so nobody couls hotwire the Jeep and drive off.... does anyone know which wire I would need to put the switch on?
