Some one broke into my Jeep08 Jan 2004 21:06 GMT23
My Jeep doesn't have locks. Someone went in, broke my console lock, and stole
all my cds.  The console will be about $80 to fix, the cd's are worth $400 and
the cd case was $15.  It was at a Bowling Alley in Troy NY, while I was
shooting darts there.
99 wrangler windshield cracked08 Jan 2004 20:25 GMT5
Recently on an extremely cold Kansas morning - right around zero - my
windshield cracked right up the middle in front of the defroster.   The
crack formed a "T" almost perfectly aligned with the defroster.  That baby
puts out heat like a blast furnace.  Has anyone ever heard of this ...

My jeep has the QTII transfer case, which as most of you already know, means
it applies power to front/rear as needed based on wheel slip.

The cat converter was clogged on my TJ and I cleaned it out. Now the check
engine light comes on. I have reset the computer by d/c the bat for 10
minutes but it came on again. O2 sensor?  I don't want to start replacing
sensors without cause. Any thoughts? Where should I start to ...
Dana 35 Axle - Bearing Races08 Jan 2004 01:43 GMT4
On my 2000 TJ, I have a Dana 35 and have been having a chronic problem of a
leaking seal at the wheel flange. I took my Jeep to a shop and found out that
the races within the axle where the Axle bearings are located rotate within the
axle. Is this supposed to happen? I thought that ...
'00 XJ - Balancing brake lines ?08 Jan 2004 01:04 GMT2
Is there such a thing as balancing or equalizing  brake pressure
side-to-side on a 2000 XK Cherokee 2WD (no ABS)?
At approximately 40,000 miles my right front brake pads were down to the
metal while the left front still had about 1/3 left. Also I've noticed

Hey all.  Has anyone figured out how to bypass the foglight shutoff when
you turn the high beams on?  This is on an '04 Rubicon.  I did it on my
'98 Sport, but all kinds of things are different on this one.
Thanks,
