2002 Sahara Axle Question07 Jan 2004 08:13 GMT12
I have a 2002 Jeep Sahara TJ (Wrangler) and am trying to determine
which rear axle it came with from the factory.  I have read earlier
posts regarding shape of the diff cover and it is definitely not round
so I assumed it was a Dana 44.
Hard Top Paint question07 Jan 2004 04:20 GMT3
I'm eventually going to paint my hardtop black. But I can't recall what the
paint was like on the black tops..were they a real glossy black or almost a
matte finish? I've got a golden eagle carmel like color on it now...almost a
gold,..it's gotta go. The color on it is pretty glossy ...

Has anyone replaced a fuel filter? is it hard? Where is it?

I was able to get ahold of some D-C pics of the Wrangler Unlimited (stretched
TJ) and the Rescue concept, which looks awesome and looks like it sports 1-ton
solid axles! I hope it makes production!

When doing a search for tranny addaptors two main ones come up, Advanced
Addaptors and another one that starts with an N, my advice, try Advanced,
the one starting with N, I used, bad idea.
I called them about getting an addaptor to use to go between my Dana 300

Could you post this again?  My stealership wants about $65.00 for the oil
pressure sender for my '97 I6, and I hope I can do better than that....

High prices for Scramblers06 Jan 2004 20:44 GMT16
I've been looking at various Scramblers for sale and they all seem very
overpriced.
I know that Kelly Blue Book is almost always less than what a car is really
worth, but if you go by the prices I'm seeing they are off by 5-11x!
jeep mechanic needed in Wash DC (N Virginia) area06 Jan 2004 20:32 GMT1
Hello everyone, I'm the guy who recently posted the question about
disc brake troubles.  Bleeding the brakes is within my ability, but if
it moves up to replacing a valve or master cylinder, I will probably
need to have a competent mechanic do it.
