stainless steel nuts on graded bolts23 Jan 2004 18:08 GMT8
I am rebuilding a Willys overland pick up.  There are many places where I

would make removel or adjustment easer in the future. An example right now
would be the nuts that go on the manifold studs and tighten ...

I looked at a 80 CJ7 tonight that had a strange shift pattern.  It is a 4
speed in a classic "H" pattern, but the reverse was to the left and forward
( ie toward the driver and towards the dash).  I did not crawl underneath to
try to read any stamps on it.  But I am stumped at what ...

I seem to have a problem with the blower in my 2000TJ.  Everything's
been fine, but tonight, I left to go out, and my heater worked, I
parked, shut it off, and when I left again about 1 hour later, I
noticed the blower wasn't working....which really sucks since it's -30

I've been finding water in the air cleaner, looks
to me that at least one of the pulse air check valves
is bad. I figure it would be the one that allows
fresh air into the exhaust! Are the two check valves

Valve Seat Question23 Jan 2004 04:07 GMT4
I'm getting a compressor by this weekend to get these changed.  However, a
couple of days ago, when I was trying to change the seals, I noticed the old
ones were riding up on the valve stem.  I'm curious what would cause them to
ride up like that.  Did they shrink or expand?  Is ...

feet above sea level), not so great mileage (20 mpg on a ...
