Thinkin about Herculine for the inside of my TJ, pulled up the carpet and there is some surface rust on the floor, pretty scattered and especially near the drain plugs...whats the best way to handle that? grind it off? is there a product good for neutralizing and protecting in one ...

In the Owner's Manual for my XJ it says: "Use Selec-trac 4x4 full time year-round on all road surfaces if you wish." I think I read on this newsgroup that you shouldn't use 4WD at all on paved surfaces though. So can Selec-trac full-time 4WD be used on paved surfaces or not?

I've got an interesting situation. While in the jeep and moving forward, there is a not so pleasant breeze coming in from under the dash. When the temps are very low it is uncomfortable, no matter how high or hot the heater is! At first I thought that it must be one of the rubber ...

On the `04 TJ's, there's an unused square blank next to the rear defrost/wipers (and next to the Axle Lock toggle on Rubicons). Anyone know what options use this?

Thanks to everyone who helped me get the oil pan and rear seal off my CJ7. I have everything torn down and will put it back together tomorrow -- still got to clean the old gasket off the oil pan and block. btw, how clean do the oil pan and block need to be? Also, I lossened the ...

My truck is a 91 Cherokee on which I changed the rear u-joints yesterday. The Haynes manual talked about maintaining the proper relationship of the driveshaft as to prevent excessive vibration.
